QBS AI-Automation provides pre-accounting automation services for accounting firms in Singapore and Malaysia. Our service operates entirely within Google Workspace — all processing and data storage occur within Google's infrastructure. Our website is qbsaiautomation.com.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. This includes your name, email address, company name, number of clients, and the message you send us. We do not collect data through cookies, tracking pixels, or any other automated means.
3. Why We Collect It
We collect your contact details to respond to your enquiry about QBS AI-Automation. We may occasionally send relevant updates about our product and new features. You can opt out at any time by contacting admin@qbsaiautomation.com. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party.
4. How We Store It
Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our inbox. We do not store your personal data on any third-party platform beyond what is necessary to deliver your message to us.
5. Client Data
QBS AI-Automation is designed so that all client documents and data remain within the client's own Google Drive environment. We have no access to any client folder by default. We only access a client folder when the client explicitly shares it with us for a specific purpose such as technical support or debugging. Any such access is temporary and limited to the stated purpose. We do not store, copy, or retain any client data outside of the client's own environment.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to any inaccuracies, and withdraw your consent for us to use your data at any time.
