Upload Your Documents. Press the Button. Review What Comes Out.

Once your folders are set up, the daily workflow is simple. Drop your bank statements, invoices, and receipts in, press the button, and your output is ready to review. Nothing gets manually typed at any point. This is what pre-accounting workflow automation looks like in practice.

Your Documents Stay in Your Google Drive. Always.

QBS runs entirely inside your firm's Google Workspace account. Every document your clients send you stays within your own Google Drive. We have no visibility into your files unless you choose to share a specific folder with us when you need support.
